Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment, to ensure adequate time to complete paperwork.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your medicare card

  • Referral letter from your GP or other doctor

  • A list of your current medications

  • Current and past breast imaging, including films or disc and reports

  • Any other relevant information

 

Cancellation

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows your appointment time to be offered to other patients.

A cancellation fee may be charged if insufficient warning or failure to attend.

Please note any cancellation due to a fever, respiratory symptoms or forced quarantine associated with COVID-19 will not be charged a cancellation fee.

 

Patient Fees

Reception will notify you of the expected fees upon making your appointment.

Payments are invoiced on the day of service, and are accepted by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. The Medicare rebate is claimed on the day and paid directly into your nominated bank account. Pension and Healthcare card holders are charged a reduced fee.
